Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any use of the laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services ("Services") provided by Future Laundry Ltd. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

Placing an Order:

  • You may place an order for Services ("Order") via our website, mobile app, phone, or other available platform. Submission of an Order does not create a contract between us. A contract is formed when we accept your Order, which we will confirm by email. 
  • We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any Order for any reason. Reasons may include inability to service your location, high order volume, hazardous items in Order, etc. 
  • You may modify or cancel an Order any time before we confirm Order acceptance. Once we confirm Order acceptance, any consumer cancellation rights under law are waived.

Service, Pickup & Delivery:

  • We will use reasonable efforts to fulfill Orders, but cannot guarantee specific pickup and delivery times. Any time estimates provided are just estimates.
  • If you are unavailable for delivery, we will attempt to contact you and redeliver at your earliest convenience. Storage fees may apply after 30 days.
  • Items will be picked up from and delivered to the address specified in your Order. We may require acknowledgement on pickup and delivery. You use third party addresses at your own risk.

Prices & Payment:

  • Service prices will be as quoted at order placement. Price changes will not affect Orders already accepted. Applicable taxes and fees will be added.
  • Payment will be processed once your Order is accepted. Your provided payment information will be stored and used to process payment.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Our maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to 10x the service price, up to a maximum of £30 per item, with proof of value. Compensation is based on age and wear.
  • We are not liable for damage due to faulty items, hazardous items left in garments, incorrect cleaning instructions, etc. See full Terms for other liability exclusions.
  • You agree our liability shall be waived for any claim not made within 48 hours of return delivery. Item inspection by us may be required.

Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by United Kingdom law. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of United Kingdom.
  • Additional terms and details are contained in the full Terms and Conditions document. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Quality guarantee:

  • We inspect every item before return delivery. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee to re-clean any items free of charge.
  • Re-clean requests made more than 24 hours after delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • To request a re-clean, email our customer service team explaining the issue and provide any relevant photos.
  • A customer service agent will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up the item(s) again.
  • We stand behind our service quality. If an item did not meet expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we will happily re-clean it for free.
  • Our goal is your complete satisfaction. This re-clean guarantee demonstrates our commitment to making it right.

Re-cleaning policy:

  • Our free re-cleaning guarantee only applies to items that we cleaned originally and still have our cleaning ticket attached.
  • Please note stains are not always fully removable. If we cannot remove a stain, we may indicate that on the ticket. In those cases we cannot offer a free re-clean.
  • If our cleaning process caused damage or failed to meet reasonable quality standards, we will happily re-clean the item for free.
  • Any re-cleaning requests made more than 24 hours after delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • To request a re-clean, contact our customer service team within 24 hours and provide photos of the issue if possible.
  • We want you to be fully satisfied with our service. Our re-cleaning policy is designed to make things right in the rare case an item did not meet expectations.

Vouchers and promotions terms:

  • Vouchers have expiration dates and set values for specific promotions.
  • Vouchers are subject to the full Future Laundry terms of service and website terms.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or offers.
  • Only one voucher code can be used per order.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and have no cash value.
  • We can reject vouchers for reasonable causes.
  • We may withdraw voucher offers anytime without notice.
  • Voucher codes must be entered at checkout for redemption.
  • Orders using a voucher must meet the £20 minimum order value.
  • Vouchers expire 24 hours after activation.
  • Vouchers cannot be used on prepaid plans.

Prepaid Laundry Plans:

  • Prepaid laundry plans allow you to pre-purchase laundry services at a discounted bulk rate.
  • You don't have to use all your prepaid services in one order. You can spread them out over multiple orders.
  • Prepaid plans can be applied to any order over £20.
  • Prepaid laundry services are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid plans can only be used by the account that purchased them. They cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • Prepaid services expire after a set period of time from purchase.
  • Since prepaid plans already include a discount, additional promo codes or vouchers cannot be used.
  • Only one prepaid plan can be used per order.

Other important terms:

  • We may transfer the rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization. If we do, we will notify you in writing but it will not affect your rights or our obligations.
  • This contract is only between you and us. No third party can enforce it.
  • Each paragraph in these Terms operates independently. If a court decides one is illegal, the rest remain in effect.
  • These Terms are governed by English law. Legal proceedings will be in English courts, unless you live in Northern Ireland or Scotland. Then proceedings may also occur there.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way Our liability for: death or personal injury or sickness caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
